Consultancy Project Success
NZ Premium Foods collaborates with the University of Auckland Business School allowing students studying for the Masters Programme to undertake significant consultancy projects.
Lu Liang was a recent student who provided us with a very comprehensive report answering the question "Is there a food service opportunity in Shanghai for the NZ Premium Foods product range?"
Lu's report was of an extremely high standard and gave us valuable information. We are very proud of her as she received an A for the consultancy project and a distinction award (GPA 7 and above). Lu is now the proud owner of a Masters in International Business.

Sam Heaven's Winning Dish
Sam Heaven from SKYCITY Auckland has won an award in the world skills competition with his salmon dish. This award allows Sam to represent New Zealand in Russia in 2019. World Skills The salmon entrée was the 1st part of the competition and Sam received a gold medal for this. The ingredients used were Petitgrain sous vide @orakingsalmon loin | grilled Piko Piko | Horopito and nori sea salt cured quail egg yolk, shallots, caviar | drift wood Umami gel | foraged sea herbs | fried kawkawa leaf this dish was matched with the perfume; Sephora AQVA pour home

Fine Food Show Success
Rachael and Fi had a great time meeting several chef's, distributors and other industry contacts at the recent Fine Foods Show, held at the Auckland ASB Showgrounds on 24 - 26 June 2018. Visitors to the NZ Premium Foods stand, enjoyed sampling our foodies range of products - premium NZ organic flaky sea salt, everyday extra virgin olive oil and little New Zealand wafers. NZ Premium Foods also launched two new foodies products - traditionally smoked manuka flaky sea salt and NZ Indigenous Fresh Herbs. For further details click here
