Rachael Speedy, Head Honcho
From an early age, food has been the driving force behind Rachael’s passion. At just four years old, she took her first steps into the kitchen, igniting a lifelong love for culinary excellence and hospitality. Over the years, she has seamlessly merged this enthusiasm with a dynamic career that spans from Hotel Management to executive leadership in the Foodservice sector, bringing her journey full circle.
Rachael’s professional path is a testament to her relentless pursuit of excellence. She has cultivated strong international relationships across multiple countries while establishing a reputable brand both locally and globally. With an unwavering passion for premium food and a keen understanding of sales and hospitality, she remains dedicated to driving innovation and growth in this ever-evolving industry.
Michelle Skelling, Administration Guru
Michelle has accumulated a wealth of office administration experience by working in a diverse array of businesses over the years. Her journey has equipped her with a broad spectrum of skills, ranging from efficient office management to adept handling of administrative tasks.
Michelle's strong organizational abilities and in-depth understanding of administrative processes make her an invaluable asset to NZ Premium Foods. She excels in coordinating with clients and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. Her dedication to maintaining high standards and her proactive approach to problem-solving contribute significantly to the company's success.

Kieran Jr Genge, Private Chef Guru
Kieran loves experimenting with new flavours, textures and aromas. Using herbs like foodies horopita, kawakawa and pikopiko gets him excited.
A wonderfully creative and talented chef, he tries new flavours and unexpected combinations in his food to create unlikely pairings that taste simply amazing.
Kieran started 4 1/2 Grams in 2020. The in-home dining experience showcases his personal concept dishes in set 5 and 7 degustation menus. Travelling all around New Zealand, Kieran offers food-lovers around the country a new and exciting way to experience fine dining.

Lance Mack, Logistics & Warehousing Guru
Lance is our go to guy for all our freight deliveries. He works alongside our team to ensure all our products are delivered on time as promised.
Lance also looks after all our international imports. He knows all there is to know about moving freight domestically and internationally.

Thomas Hamill, Photography Guru
Whilst working for the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra in charge of education and outreach Thomas decided to pursue his dream of becoming a photographer and undertook a Diploma in Professional Photography across 2019.
Now an award winning and published photographer with clients as broad as Auckland Museum and the Department of Conservation, Thomas also enjoys creating images of the fantastic produce available from NZ Premium Foods and the process of finding new, interesting ways to shoot produce. Thomas uses Fujifilm X series equipment.

Elizabeth Maciver, Phoenix Design
Elizabeth has over 20 years experience exploring many different areas of the graphics design industry and brings her wealth of knowledge to NZ Premium Foods.
