Foodies Salted Butterscotch Sauce

Foodies Salted Butterscotch Sauce


½ Cup Brown Sugar

60g Butter

½ Cup Cream

½ tsp foodies Flaky Sea Salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over a medium high heat
  2. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer for a further ten minutes, stirring until it becomes a thick caramel sauce.
  3. Serve over your favourite dessert, or store it in a clean glass jar in the fridge for later.
