Foodies Salted Butterscotch Sauce
½ Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Cream
½ tsp foodies Flaky Sea Salt
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over a medium high heat
- Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer for a further ten minutes, stirring until it becomes a thick caramel sauce.
- Serve over your favourite dessert, or store it in a clean glass jar in the fridge for later.
