Buttery Toasted Pecans
  • Butter
  • Pecan halves
  • foodies Flaky Sea Salt
  • Ground red pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Toss together the butter and pecans.
  3. Transfer to a baking tray, and bake for 25 minutes or until toasted, stirring halfway through.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cool before serving.

These pecans can be made in advance for a great make-ahead appetizer. Store cooled nuts in an airtight container at room temperature (or refrigerated) for one to two weeks. For longer storage, freeze for up to six months.
